Delivery Policy

  • All items are posted on a business day Monday to Friday. No items are posted on Public holidays.
  • Orders received prior to 3:00pm are processed that day.
  • Where possible we will combine postage of multiple purchases.
    All items are posted ASAP after payment is received.
  • Postage is calculated for delivery to urban (city) districts as per the Australia Post and TNT Guide lines, additional fees may apply to rural districts. Any additional postage will be confirmed prior to posting of items.
  • For high value orders, we recommend using a delivery service that provides item tracking.

Australia PostPostage may take between 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location. We are unable to follow up or track parcels posted via this method.
Remote regional delivery for Aus Post may take up to 14 days.

Express PostPostage may take between 1-2 business days for delivery depending on your location. to all street addresses and post office boxes within the Express Post Next Business Day Network. We send using Express Post services from Australia Post, so you get your parts sooner. Remote regional delivery for Express Post may take more days.

TNTDelivery to all capital cities and major towns, using TNT’s road transport services. 
Delivery time is dependent upon destination. Trackable, and must be signed on receipt on delivery. Delivery address must be a premise where someone is available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to sign for delivery of your order.
